01 — 1:1 Coaching

The Safe Space

Nervous system & mind

When you're kept in the dark, you often need to seek the truth of your own situation privately first. This is your space to do that — confidential, honest, and focused on moving you out of survival mode.

02 — Group Coaching

The Cohort

Power & systems

Isolation feeds fear. In a small group of 4–6, you'll see your situation reflected in others — and stop experiencing it as personal failure. This is where you learn to navigate power and lead differently.

03 — Community

The Collective

Purpose & belonging

Transformation needs a culture to survive. The Collective is your long-term home — a community that ensures you don't slide back into the old, dark cycles once the coaching ends.

The leadership crisis won't be solved from the top down. Real change happens when communities find and grow their own leaders from within — when the people closest to the problem become the ones who solve it.

Community leadership model

Lumina reaches beyond the Collective — into schools, grassroots organisations, and communities that have never had access to this kind of development. We don't deliver leadership to communities. We create the conditions for communities to lead themselves.
